Land acquisition policy
Land acquisition is executed by the land wing of National housing authority. When any DPP is approved by the competent authority / any acquisition notice from the planning division, the land wing start working by marking the CS/ RS record and mouja map of the selected land.
An acquisition request is sent to the local DC office to measure the rate of that land and other costing. If DC office and NHA can settle the issue, then the concern DC office handover the land to NHA with a NOC (No objection certificate.)
